This delicious dish features roasted corn, creamy mayonnaise and Williams Original Taco Seasoning Mix. Offering a perfect balance of smokiness and heat, it’s ideal for dipping or spreading, capturing the unmistakable taste of Williams in every flavor-packed dip.
2 tbsp Olive oil
4 cups Frozen corn kernels, thawed and drained
1 pkg Williams Taco Seasoning
8 oz Cream cheese, room temperature
1/3 cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp Lime juice
Cotija cheese crumbles, for garnish
Chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion, and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Add corn and Williams Taco Seasoning and cook for an additional 5 minutes until corn is tender.
Add cream cheese and Greek yogurt and cook until completely melted. Remove from heat and stir in lime juice. Transfer mixture to a serving bowl and top with cheese and cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips.
